Celebrating our Employee of the Quarter award winners
The EOQ winners for Q3 were announced recently. Three very deserving team members from across Europe picked up their awards for outstanding teamwork, leadership, and service to clients.
Stéphanie an XBP Europe Operations Team Lead, is our Team Titan. She showed her skills in managing critical client projects and balancing that with other important tasks to deliver exceptional results and productivity levels.
Petra, our Project Manager won Leadership Encore. Taking ownership of an entire group of project implementations, she delivered on time and with fantastic results.
Our Client Whisperer is Sara, our super Software Developer. She was key in a cloud migration for a project in the UK. While managing that, she also kept to a tight deadline for our clients, who later praised our performance.
